98% of AirPod Owners Are Satisfied with Their Purchase, Survey Reveals
A study conducted by Experian and Creative Strategies reveals a stunning result, 98% of AirPod owners are satisfied with the wireless earbuds, marking the highest-ever satisfaction score for a first-year Apple product.
In fact, 82% of people stated that they’re “very satisfied” with their AirPods, while 16% were satisfied and close to 0% stated their dissatisfaction. By comparison, the iPhone had a 92% customer satisfaction rate in 2007, while the iPad scored a 92% user satisfaction rate three years later. 97% of people were satisfied with their Apple Watches in 2015.
