Apple Wants iPhone 12 to Launch Faster on Samsung’s Playground

Apple will announce the new iPhone 12 series on October 13, according to people close to the matter, and by the looks of things, the company wants the device to go on sale faster in some specific markets.

One of them is South Korea, which is Samsung’s very own domestic market, as Apple reportedly wants the iPhone 12 to go on sale in the country earlier than usual in an attempt to counter the growth of Samsung models.

Since the latest iPhone launched in the fall of the last year, Samsung released two different high-end models, namely the Galaxy S20 and the Note20 lineups.

As a result, Apple wants the iPhone 12 to go on sale in Korea as fast as possible, thus making sure that its device remains relevant in the country.
