Facebook Founder Says WhatsApp Is More Private Than iMessage

Facebook founder says whatsapp is more private than imessageWhatsApp is currently the world’s number one mobile messaging service, but on the other hand, iMessage is the one that’s often praised for the privacy and security offered to users.

At least, that’s the opinion of the parent company Apple, which praises the privacy and security of its service on every single occasion.

But according to Facebook owner Mark Zuckerberg, between the two, WhatsApp is actually the service that offers more privacy and security to users out there.

In a post on the social network, Zuckerberg compared the two services, highlighting that WhatsApp offers end-to-end encryptions even in group chats.

“WhatsApp is far more private and secure than iMessage, with end-to-end encryption that works across both iPhones and Android, including group chats. With WhatsApp you can also set all new chats to disappear with the tap of a button. And last year we introduced end-to-end encrypted backups too.
