“iPhone 7s” to Launch Next Year with Small Changes, Red Version – Report
Put this into the “I really hope this isn’t true” category, but there’s a new report out there claiming that the next-year iPhone is very unlikely to bring a major overhaul of the existing design.
In other words, the 2017 iPhone will be very similar in terms of looks to the iPhone 7, which in its turn is very similar to the iPhone 6s, which is very similar to the iPhone 6. To put this simple, the next iPhone will look almost like the iPhone 6, which was launched three years before the new model.
Japanese Apple blog Macotakara, which by the way has a good track on Apple leaks, claims that information coming from Taiwanese suppliers indicated that Apple isn’t planning any of the big changes that we’re heard about lately, such as wireless charging or a new form factor.
