Not Courageous Enough: Android Users Say No to iPhone Due to Lack of Audio Jack

The never-ending lack of a headphone jack on the iPhone 7 saga continues with a new episode, as a recently-conducted survey reveals that at least 73 percent of the Android users would have moved to Apple should the company offered a 3.5mm audio connector on the device.

Yahoo Finance says it surveyed 7,741 people to determine whether Apple’s decision to remove the audio port is seen as a good move by iPhone and Android users and the results speak for themselves: 71% of iPhone users said this was a bad move, and 73% of Android users claim they don’t even think about getting the iPhone 7 just because of that thing.

On the good side for Apple, most iPhone 7 users say they are OK with the lack of a headphone jack right now, explaining they’ve learned to live with the change and only 40 percent of them admitting they considered replacing the iPhone 7 … (read more)
