Users Report Buggy Group FaceTime Feature After iOS 12.1.4 and macOS Updates

Users are now reporting more issues with the Group FaceTime feature on their devices running Apple’s latest stable iOS mobile operating system.

In late January, a teen discovered a major security flaw in Apple’s Group FaceTime feature, which affected all supported iOS versions and could allow anyone to spy on his or her contacts without them even knowning and without answering the FaceTime call.

The security vulnerability was patched by Apple after a week with the iOS 12.1.4 software update for iPhone and iPad devices, as well as the macOS Mojave 10.14.3 Supplemental Update for Mac computers. But it doesn’t look like Group FaceTime works like before.
