Watch Out, iPhone: Microsoft’s Surface Phone to Feature “World-Class Camera”

Microsoft announced its first Android phone earlier this month, but the device won’t be here until the holiday season of 2020, as the company still needs more time to polish the product and prepare it for mass adoption.

In other words, the model that Microsoft showcased on October 2 was nothing more than a prototype, so some of the features that we were able spot on it could change by the time the green light is supposed to be given.

In theory a device that can also compete against the likes of iPhone and Samsung Galaxy Note, Surface Duo will obviously come with an advanced camera as well, albeit for the time being, very little is known about it.

Microsoft didn’t share anything about the camera at the October 2 event, and it’s all simply because this is one of the hardware parts very likely to go through a series of changes by the time the public launch happens.
