Apple to Replace Space Gray with Deep Blue Color for iPhone 7

If you’re a long-time Apple customer, the chances are that at least one of your iPhones was Space Gray, as Cupertino has apparently found something really special in this version, despite the fact that it’s so similar to the Silver sibling.

And while the company indeed added the Rose Gold option when it introduced the 6s in September 2015, the Space Gray still made the cut, but it turns out that it won’t survive for too long.

A new report coming from Japanese source Mac Otakara reveals that Apple is planning a change in this regard for the upcoming iPhone 7, so the Space Gray option will be replaced with a new Deep Blue version. This option was first introduced in 2013, when Apple launched the iPhone 5s, so it has been available ever since, but it appears that the company is now looking into a more varied color lineup for the iPhone, and the change could come into effect starting wit… (read more)
