It’s not a secret that Apple is planning big upgrades for the iPhone, but unfortunately, it looks like 2021 may not be the year to bring any.
But on the other hand, if we are to trust Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there’s a lot to be excited about when it comes to the 2022 iPhone generation, as the Cupertino-based tech giant is working on massively upgraded cameras on the Pro models.
More specifically, the rear camera would be upgraded to a 48-megapixel sensor (up from 12-megapixel on the current models), and the devices are expected to support 8K video recording as well.
The standard iPhone 14 is also likely to receive a camera upgrade, but the exact specs aren’t known right now.
